Can more than one person use a single account?
It is recommended that it is one user per account. It is important to know that your account information will be shown to anyone you give your login credentials to. Therefore they can alter your account information and purchase items within your account.
Additionally, your test results will be nullified if someone else takes a class you already took. Testing and knowing where you left off can be confusing if two or more people are taking the same class at the same time. Therefore, if you are fine with someone seeing your personal information, then yes, more than one person can use a single account.
Does my membership give me unlimited access to all courses?
Yes, our membership gives you unlimited access to all courses. For example, if you purchased the $59.99 membership, you will have unlimited access to every course that Urban Money offers.
How soon after purchase can I access my membership?
Immediately. You will receive an email with your login credentials. You will receive a separate email to subscribe to our mailing list for instructions on how to access the Tackle. Make sure you subscribe to receive these instructions.
What is the time-frame for me to cancel in order for me to get a refund?
If you cancel your membership within 30 days of purchase and request a refund, it will be granted. No refunds are granted after the 30th day of purchase. However, you can cancel your membership at anytime.
How many people can I refer and when will I receive my commissions?
You can refer an unlimited amount of people and commissions are paid on the last day of each month via PayPal and Stripe (you can be paid on your debit card).
